Cultivating Communities of Love, Justice, and Hope.
We support disempowered young people to help transform their futures.
Who we are
We are a public benevolent institute and charity. We have partnered with Child Safety, Youth Justice and other not-for-profit organisations to operate a special assistance school for some of the most marginalised young people in Logan City.
Transformed Futures intends to extend its impact by establishing an animal-assisted special assistance school in the City of Moreton Bay.

Carbrook Centre Founded
From 2013, Carbrook Centre has offered flexible, trauma-informed education through horse-assisted learning, fostering student growth and engagement. Grounded in Christian values, the program earned strong community support and positive youth outcomes.
Transformed Futures Established
In 2017, Transformed Futures was established to continue the program. By 2019, Carbrook Centre was accredited and began its first official year as a registered independent school.
Expansion Begins
From 2025, Transformed Futures plans to expand its trauma-informed, animal-assisted education programs to the Moreton Bay region, offering tailored support for young people needing alternative pathways to thrive.
Our Founding School in Carbrook
The Carbrook Centre cultivates a place of belonging where our students can learn and grow cognitively, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
